HelloWin Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

4. Account Registration and Security

When you register on HelloWin, you are creating a personal account that is yours alone. The details you enter — name, date of birth, contact number, and email — must be accurate and match the identity documents you'll later submit for KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your HelloWin login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. HelloWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact HelloWin support immediately.

HelloWin is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the security breach was caused by your own negligence — for example, sharing credentials or using an easily guessable password on a shared device.

HelloWin supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for most e-wallet methods. Bank transfer minimums may be higher.
• HelloWin does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied are from your payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• HelloWin reserves the right to conduct additional verification before crediting unusually large deposits.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one active bonus can be held on a HelloWin account at a time. Opting into a new promotion cancels any previous active bonus and associated wagering progress.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. HelloWin's system uses bonus funds first when placing bets.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new HelloWin players only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method applies.

Closure by HelloWin
